New healthy "cookie" recipe I am obsessed with!! They are so good and only sweetened by fruit and SO easy to make!

Chewy Banana Date Cookies
1 medium raw carrot, peeled and chopped into big chunks
6 large medjool dates, pitted
2 medium bananas, very ripe, mashed
1 cup old fashioned oats
¼ heaping cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Big pinch salt
Heat oven to 375. In a food processor add carrots and dates, process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse 10 times. Pour in bowl and mix to combine. Place tablespoonful’s on baking sheet and pat down a bit to make the top flat. Bake 30 minutes.
