Monday - February 8:
Last week LeAnn Rimes was harassed by a homeless fan in LA. Officers arrested the lady for
‘aggressive solicitation’ & she was taken into custody and booked.
Rumor had it that Taylor Swift and Cory Monteith from her favorite TV show Glee were dating but my
spies tell me not so. They just sat next to each other at a pre-Grammy party.
Wynonna & her mom will reunite for a final “Judds” tour. Ticket & city info will soon be at Wynonna.com.
Wy’s lost 50 pounds so far on that diet pill she endorses.
When asked for his thoughts on Haiti Phil Vassar said “because of what happened in Haiti, I realize more
and more how precious & fragile life really is."
Gary LeVox from Rascal Flatts says success to him is being able to fill up his gas tank and not look at
how much it costs. Joe Don Rooney says success is going to dinner with friends & footing the bill & for

Finally - Josh Turner’s on Letterman tonight. I also talked to Josh & he says the 4 things he always
carries with him are Chapstick, a basketball, his bible & his ‘bathroom bag.’
Friday - January 29:
Sunday, Carrie Underwood’s in Miami, getting paid to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl for 140
million people. She’s afraid she’ll forget the words & she’s also watched past performances to see what
others did. She’s rooting for the Saints, 51% due to Sean Payton coming a show one time. Half time
performers are The Who. Each 30 second commercial’s 2.5 million. Later Sunday Carrie flies to Oahu
for her first film, Soul Surfer that’s out late summer.
American Idol’s Adam Lambert said this about Miranda Lamberts Grammy dress, “it looked like a prom
dress you'd buy at the mall - Little Mermaid meets Bed Bath and Beyond."
Kellie Pickler says her bus is her sanctuary & that’s where she sleeps the best.
Sara Evans is 39 today.
Wynonna & Wyclef Jean will duet on the CBS Early Show Saturday morning. She’s also making a
special announcement then but I have no idea what.
Finally - CMT Cribs is back tonight with Eric Church’s home. We’ll get to see that never-before-seen
NASA photo when his CD was taken into space & he’ll show us the secret to a great marriage –separate

Thursday - February 4:
Lady Antebellum's sophomore album, Need You Now has debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 - it’s the
biggest debut sales week for any album since Susan Boyle's I Dreamed A Dream.
Lady A’s Hillary Scott says the best thing about touring with 2 guys is they’ve taught her a lot about men
– things she wants to know & things she doesn’t. She says it’ll help when she’s a wife one day.
With her movie Valentine's Day out in a week, Taylor Swift reveals director Garry Marshall wrote her role
just for her. Her big scene’s with Taylor Lautner & it was shot at a high school in session so every 30
minutes a bell rang & hundreds of students were everywhere screaming & chanting. Valentine’s Day’s
out February 12th with Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher & more.
American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi wants Garth or Vince Gill to guest judge this year.
Clint Black is 48 today.
Finally - Diamond Rio’s Marty Roe told me one of his role models is golfer Arnold Palmer. They met
years ago - he’s a master at remembering names & making people feel welcome & Marty says, “not all
famous people have that skill.”
Wednesday - February 3:
Tim McGraw’s movie The Blind Side just got 2 Academy Award nominations – for Best Picture and one
for Sandra Bullock as Best Actress.
Will Keith Urban be a dad again soon? Last week Nicole was photographed heading to the building that
houses the California Fertility Partners in Santa Monica & upon leaving, Nic and her driver sat in the car
looking over some paperwork.
As for his Grammy performance & win Zac Brown said, “to be recognized on this level is amazing & to
get to perform was one of the greatest pleasures of my life.”
Dierks Bentley’s new house was built in 1930 & he’s discovering stuff like nails sticking out of the ground
so he was on his hands & knees going thru the property so it’s safe for his toddler daughter.
Taylor Swift handles criticism so well cuz she has a realistic mom. She says, “if mom sees something that
could have been better, she won’t sugarcoat it - her criticism is valid & I do learn from it.”
Finally - Marty Roe from Diamond Rio told me he uses his pocket knife as both a toothpick & a fingernail
cleaner. As for his most ‘annoying habit,’ Marty said, “easy, I chew tobacco.”
Tuesday - February 2:
Backstage at the Grammy’s Sunday night T-Pain was asked who he most wants to produce & he said
“next person I wanna work with and I won't work with anyone until I get her is Carrie Underwood.
Everyone else can just wait till I get to Carrie!"
Lady Antebellum’s 2nd album’s out now, it’s also called their sophomore album. Many artists 2nd doesn’
t do as well as their 1st & that’s called a "sophomore slump." The band’s done a lot of interviews & they
keep getting asked if they’re worried about the "sophomore slump” & Charles says, “quit saying that, it’s
like, don't remind us.”Tonight they’ll be singing on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Carrie Underwood’s getting married later this year but she wants someone else to figure out the details
cuz she just wants to show up and have a good time. Dierks Bentley says “she and Mike are really cute
together - they come from a good background & that's the key to a good marriage."
Willie Nelson canceled 2 shows in North Carolina last week reportedly because of pain in his hand but
now we’re hearing at least one cancellation was due to several band and crew members being arrested
for allegedly possessing marijuana.& moonshine. They were all issued citations before the band was
scheduled to take the stage last Thursday.
Finally – Josh Turner told me it ain’t a salad if it isn’t smothered in blue cheese dressing.
