Tim and Faith finally sold their private island & Jordan Davis studies sharks

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill finally sold their private island in the Bahamas. It included eight connected structures, a 6,500 square-foot main residence, two beaches, hundreds of imported palm trees and an observation tower. They were asking $35 million but I don’t know what they finally got. It takes about $2 million a year to keep the island running.

Newcomer Jordan Davis joined scientist and friend, Chris Fischer last fall to study sharks in Nova Scotia. They tagged a 40 or 50-year-old female that was 16-feet long and over 3,500 pounds. Jordan said he couldn’t remember the last time his heart was pumping that fast. He learned if we lose the white shark, we lose our oceans.

In high school Eric Church played football, baseball, basketball. He picked up golf when he found out you got to leave school at 10 AM for a tournament and be gone several hours. Eric says the discipline sports took still helps in his career today.

Finally - Jake Owen made his big screen debut last year in 'Our Friend.’ He says he did it because he likes to think outside the box and he also gets bored easily.
