Dolly's Opry tribute on NBC November 26 & Brothers Osborne's ‘Live At The Ryman’ is out today

This year marks 20 years since Garth Brooks created his alter ego, Chris Gaines. When asked if he’ll do anything for the anniversary, it was a no for Garth who said, “cause I don’t think I could ever drop that much weight again.”

Dolly Parton became a member of the Opry in 1969. Tomorrow there’s an all-star concert on the Opry stage to honor her 50th year. It’s been sold out for a long time and now we hear it’ll be on NBC November 26. Performers include Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum and Chris Janson.

Growing up, Kane Brown thought he’d be a pro athlete one day. He was the quarterback of the football team; captain of the basketball team and their baseball teams star pitcher. After turning down a basketball scholarship to the U of Tennessee, Kane wanted to join the Army but they told him he first had to get rid of his neck tattoos. That’s when Kane got a job at FedEx and on breaks he’d play music.

Finally - Brothers Osborne's new album, ‘Live At The Ryman’ is out today. It was recently recorded during a three-night sold out stand there.
