Blake Shelton lost his hero and friend yesterday & Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean goes country

Blake Shelton lost his hero and friend yesterday tweeting, “My heart is absolutely destroyed. Earl Thomas Conley passed away this morning. He was my all-time favorite singer and we’ll miss you deeply my brother. Now go rest…” Earl was only 77. Jason Aldean wrote, “what a voice this guy had. Spent many nights listening and playing his songs. Country music lost a great one.”

Miranda Lambert's ACM red carpet outfit was worth nearly $13,000. The dress was Australian designer Alex Perry and almost $2,500. Her iridescent purse was made from plexiglass and runs a little over $2,000 and her rainbow drop earrings cost almost $8,000.

Also at the ACM Awards, a girl was in charge of finding Kane Brown when she walked up behind Jimmie Allen and said, ‘Mr. Brown we’re ready for you’ to which Jimmie replied, “oh sorry you’re looking for the other black guy.”

Finally - Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean just cut his first country album, ‘Long Road.’ The debut track, ‘Boy and a Man’ is really good! AJ joined the Backstreet Boys over 26 years ago.
