Tim McGraw spent the holidays on their island & Brad Paisley’s friend William Shatner will make his Opry debut

Tim McGraw and family spent much of the holidays on their island in the Bahamas. It’s 20-acre’s and called, ‘L'ile de Agnes’ and they bought it in 2003. He and his daughter Maggie did a lot of spearfishing and on their last time they bagged a 15 pound hog fish in 23 feet of water. Their island home includes a free-standing bathtub on the porch and Tim says, “we wanted to feel connected to the outside and when the breeze comes through, it's life-changing.”

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani surprised East Tennesseans yesterday by making a stop in Gatlinburg. His Ole Red restaurant will open there in a few months. They spent the day zip lining and having lunch at the Cliff Top & Bar.

Brad Paisley’s good friend, actor William Shatner will make his Opry debut February 15. His country album, ‘Why Not Me,’ was out last summer and he'll be joined on the Opry stage by Alabama's Jeff Cook, who wrote the songs and played on the record.

Finally - Carrie Underwood’s induction into the Hollywood Walk of Fame last year will be on a TV special, The Hollywood Walk of Fame Honors, tonight on The CW Network.
