Carrie Underwood will sing on Sunday’s ACMs & Garth talks about Chris Gaines

Carrie Underwood will premier her new single tomorrow morning and she will also sing it on Sunday’s ACMs. This will be the first time we’ll get to see what her face looks like after the 40 stitches she had from that fall last year.

Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town perform tonight on the CBS special, Elton John: I'm Still Standing - A GRAMMY Salute. Miranda says the experience was amazing but also nerve-wracking because she was singing with Elton and his songwriter Bernie Taupin. After that Miranda got to hang out with Bernie and talk about songwriting all night. She said it was crazy to find out both of them were fans of her music.

Garth says the question he gets asked the most is why he created that alter ego Chris Gaines 17 years ago. Chris was a movie character and created for a thriller film called ‘The Lamb.’ The plan was to release Chris’s ‘Greatest Hits’ a year prior to the film being out but it didn’t quite create the buzz Garth hoped for and it became his biggest flop.

Finally - Maren Morris is 28 today and Kelsea Ballerini performs on the Late Late Show tonight and Reba will be a guest as well.
