Tim McGraw and Faith Hill get sued & Dierks Bentley’s ‘The Mountain’ will be out sometime this year

Two Australian songwriters are suing Tim McGraw and Faith Hill for ripping off their tune. The opening piano chords of their duet, ‘The Rest of Our Life’ sounds very familiar to the song, ‘When I Found You.’ The lawsuit calls it “a note-for-note copying of original elements of the song.” Tim and Faith co-wrote it with Ed Sheeran who happened to be touring in Australia when the song was a hit.

Dierks Bentley’s new album, ‘The Mountain’ will be out sometime this year. He wrote and recorded it in Telluride, CO while living completely off the grid. Dierks and his band would take the gondola up every morning and watch the sun come up over the mountains, and that inspired them to write non-stop.

Brad Rempel of new duo High Valley was woken up while on vacation in Mexico this week by a 7.6 magnitude earthquake. Brad was staying in Cancun when the quake hit and he said his condo was shaking like crazy even though he was over 400 miles away from the epicenter in Honduras.

Finally - Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line says fans might be surprised to know he has a sneaker addiction and he would never be caught dead wearing a pair of Crocs.
