Brett Eldredge ‘Illinois’ is Out Today + Don't Miss New CMT Documentary Johnny Cash: American Rebel

This is what I shared on my show today...
Brett Eldredge’s new album, ‘Illinois’ is out today. He co-wrote every track, Thomas Rhett sings on a tune and on one song Brett plays percussion using a desk stapler.

Sunday night, Brett will be a celebrity judge for Miss America.

Jake Owen’s upcoming record is pretty much finished and he says it should be out in January.

Every day Carrie Underwood tries to teach her 6-month old son to say his 1st word, ‘mama.’ As for more kids someday Carrie says, “probably, cause I would like Isaiah to have a sibling.”

Happy 34th birthday to Lady A’s Charles Kelley today.

Saturday night, CMT airs the new documentary Johnny Cash: American Rebel with Eric Church, Willie & more. We’ll find out during the Korean War, Johnny was 18 & an Air Force Morse code interpreter who would intercept and decipher Russian communications. His military pay checks bought his first guitar.

Finally - Sunday night, Florida Georgia Line perform on the Canadian Country Music Awards.
