and a sarcastic caption reading, “fun day planned.” One thing on the tray was a plaster form of upper
teeth so I called my niece Amy who’s a dentist and she said he was having ceramic
crowns put on his two front teeth but she wasn’t sure if he broke his original
teeth or if old crowns had to be replaced.
